QuestionI NEED A UNIT THAT WILL FIT INTO A 33" OPENING. WILL THIS WHIRLPOOL WORK?

- Answer I originally bought this thinking the specs without doors is 28.94 inches. That would be true if the freezer drawer were able to be taken out completely because taking off the front panel of the freezer drawer and fridge doors alone doesn't make the measurements down to 28.94". The specs do not mention the additional parts of the freezer drawer slides that stick out a few inches past the 28.94". The delivery guys said that my 33" wide door opening was not enough room to move the fridge through my doorway without ruining either the fridge's plastic draw slide's components or the casing of the doorway (this is even after they removed my kitchen door itself off it's hinges) I had to settle for a side by side so I didn't have to account for the freezer drawer slide mechanisms of the fridge sticking out past the specs stated online. Which is preferred over taking the casings off my doorway or breaking the drawer slides. Only other alternative I saw which MIGHT make this fridge possible is disassembling the entire drawer slide mechanism altogether, which I believe most delivery teams will not be willing to take the time to take apart and put back together. I believe the delivery guy said to do what is in his scope of "delivery" he needed a minimum of 34"-34.5" to include for room to move and prevent damage. Hope this helps!

QuestionI can see styrofoam in the backside of the compartment where you install Air Filter (See attached photos). I wonder if this is normal? I am wondering if this will be a problem for the air flow? Can someone confirm?

- Answer Looked normal to me and I did not mess with it. Fridge and Freezer are operating just fine and normal.

- Answer I hope that we are able to answer this. This refrigerator model is 24.7 or an estimated 25 cubic feet. Those numbers are determined by the space between the freezer and refrigerator area. This unit is 24.7 cubic feet, and is 36 inches wide.

QuestionWhy is the control panel on the door of Model No. WRF736SDAB12 different from the one in the User Manual?The control panel on the refrigerator is labeled Goldseries. The functions at the bottom of the panel are labeled Ice/Water, Light, Temp, Fast Ice, Lock, Filter Status. According to both the User Manual I received with the refrigerator and the on-line manual, they should be labeled Ice/Water, Light, Temp, Options, Lock, Measured Fill. How can I get the correct manual so that I can properly use all the functions?

- Answer Dave, thank you for your question. The models have the correct features on them, while the use and care guides cover many models. The features will work in the same way as in the guide, but the guide provides an overview of all models. You should be able to find information about your specific model in the information made for many models.
