“How do I get a repair? How can I get my 1 year old Whirlpool 26.2 Cu Ft. 4-door French Refrigerator repaired?? My refrigerator hasn't worked since mid-December (a week less than one year old). Geek squad has been contacted about a dozen times, half the time I can't even get through. When I have, the repair person has been to the house 3 times, and several parts have been ordered, but nothing changes; refrigerator doesn't cool below 58 degrees. We've thrown out hundreds of dollars of food/beverage and been terribly inconvenienced during holidays and otherwise. No one at Best Buy/Geek Squad seems to think it is an urgent event. I wait hours and days and no one returns my calls. Parts are not ordered quickly and not rushed; parts haven't even been put on despite the three visits. Tried to call Whirlpool as well, but didn't have time for another 30 minute wait. Our previous refrigerator cost far less and lasted more than 20 years without a problem!”
