A:Answer I wouldn't know. After making an appointment to deliver the refrigerate (from 2 til 6 PM) Best Buy decided to deliver the fridge at 11AM (while I was at work)! I called, reminded them we had already scheduled for a delivery time and they assured me that they would be at my place at 2PM. I waited from 2 until 6. No one called, no one showed, and this is just a further sign that Best Buy, as much as they need our business, doesn't care about customer service or their customers.
