“Our height cut out is 27 1/4. This is called a 27" cut out but the dimensions say 28" height cut out. Will this fit?”

The dimensions on the product sheet are pretty precise. You may have a spare half-inch or two in your cut out space, if there is a wood overhang. We had to hire a carpenter to enlarge our space and that cost an additional $175.

Please try again later.Hi Kim, the cutout dimensions for this unit are as follows, cut-out Depth 24 inches, cut-out Height 28 inches, cut-out Width 25.5 inches so it does not look like if you have a 27 1/ inch height cut-out it would work.
