Q: QuestionEvery time we change the water filter our fridge discharges a terrible smell when we open the door to the fridge. We have taken everything out, checked it over, no food is bad. It lasts for several weeks!! What can we do?

• A:Answer The air filter should be installed behind the vented door, which is located (depending on your model) along either the rear or left interior wall near the top of the refrigerator compartment. • A:Answer The refrigerator is wonderful, and the stainless steel is a higher quality than the Samsung I replaced. No fingerprints on the doors, only on the handles. Great purchase and I am now replacing the dishwasher and stove with Whirlpool products as well.

Press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode, then press LOCK to initiate the reset, then press MEASURED FILL to confirm that you want to reset the status light.
