Q: QuestionHello, My whirlpool washer will not allow for soaking longer than about 20 minutes. I choose the soak option and press start, I don’t lift the lid, yet it drains out soon after. Any suggestions to get longer soak times?
Asked by Rebecca.
- A:Answer After dealing w/ the machine emptying & wasting water each time I try to soak, I think the only alternative is to soak in the sink or a dishpan & then dealing w/ wet clothes to transfer to the machine.

Q: QuestionWhat is the largest size comforter that will fit in this washer?
Asked by BB.
- A:Answer Hi BB. due to different sizes, styles, and fills of comforters it is hard to determine which ones will or will not fit. As there is no standard size, fill, or shape, we cannot determine if the washer will be able to accommodate your particular bedding. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!

Q: QuestionWhere do I put fabric softener if I bought the washer without the agitator in the center? Also, where do I put the laundry detergent? Just on top of my clothes?
Asked by Tiff.
- A:Answer You have to put the softener in during the rinse so that's two trips. Always put the detergent in first or it will still be on your clothes after the cycle.
