QuestionThis is a new whirlpool load n go washer and I am getting confused on the concentrate levels. When a detergent has a 2x, 8x, 10x, etc., does this mean there is more water than detergent being put into the clothes or more detergent being put into clothes?

QuestionComing from a Matag washer this WTW4816FW2 is undoubtly the worst washer I've ever owned. When I put the Matag on HOT Wash I actually got hot water! This thing puts in warm water. When I put it on cold wash I get warm wash. All it knows is 'warm'?

- Answer Sounds like an issue with your hookups and water heater. I’ve never had a problem and actually had to turn mine to warm because the hot water was too hot to wash fabrics in without ruining them too quickly.

Questiondoes the agitator in my new washer suppposed to turn very slow. almost like a grinding noise? It almost sounds like it is on a low speed. is this normal?II am used to my old maytag running at a faster speed or rate, but this one is hardly moving. thanks

QuestionWhere did the high ratings come from? EXTREMELY disappointed would be an understatement. It does take approximately 1 and half hours to complete one load of wash, no matter the amount of wash. Who could ever keep up on their wash? WORST MACHINE EVER

- Answer Yes worst machine ever. Does not get clothes clean. It appears to be designed to aggravate and make u suffer. Must use special detergent, that u aren't told. My purchase was 600.00 at Lowes. Please dont buy this one.
