“I was told , by customer service that there is a site where I can hear how the washer is suppose to sound, compared to the old ones the whirlpool washer is 2 days old, delivered on 9/28/15. I used it today 1st time & the sound on wash cycle, sounded strange, compared to the quick agitation of the old whirlpool. as washer is new the hose connection was leaking so I had to call cust. service. any way when registering my machine by phone, I was told there is a site at www.bestbuy.com & she said I should be able to hear how the washer is suppose to sound.. so my question is there I couldn't find it”

I know, it does have a different sound. Doesn't bother me though, it works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm calling the plumber for the hose connection due to the same problem. The sound of the washer is a bit different, a bit slower, you just need some time to get use to the new sound. I really like my new washer.
