“I purchased this washing machine last month and have only used it twice. Each time, there is white residue left on my clothes. Any idea on what causes this and how to fix or prevent it? Thanks.”

Make sure you put detergent in first before clothes. Don't use too much detergent. It requires very little. I only had that problem once when I put too much detergent into the washer. You have to realize that with a small amount of water, it does not need a lot of detergent. I hope this helps.
