Washer is a very good bargain at the sell price, my wife likes it has no agitator. Only problem was when I removed the washer from the box, it had a large dent in the bottom right corner, the box did show signs of damage, I should have made Best Buy open it before I left the store. The dent doen't affect the operation, it just looks bad.

I love this washer. I can do the whole king size bed at once. All of the linens! It has all sorts of cycles for everything from delicates to just a deep soak, and no agitator in the middle makes it have an extra large capacity. I wasn't looking to spend $1000 on a washing machine, and I feel like this model is baller on a budget. It gives me everything I need, minus the fancy colors and touch screens. It's easy to use, even for the technology challenged, and you can easily cancel the load and it will drain out if you change your mind or need to leave the house or whatever. It's pretty steady on it's adjustable feet, and makes a soft weird noise, not a bad one, just a new one, when it is sensing the fill level of the water. I wash everything now ;)

This is a great washer. I like that it doesn't have a center agitator so I can wash more clothes at once. I can also wash my comforters/blankets now. My old washer let the water fill as I would add the clothes and detergent, so I could rinse the liquid detergent cup, but this washer only fills when the lid is closed. It's something I need to get used to. This is also an energy efficient washer so it sounds different than my old one that had the agitator in it--again, just something I need to get used to.

I was very skeptical about getting this kind of washer. I was set on one with an agitator, but after speaking to a Best Buy employee about my thoughts and concerns about this washer I felt at ease and went ahead and ordered it. So far, I have not experienced anything like other reviews said: it washes well in my opinion, my clothes come out looking clean every time, and I can fit my bedding in it. Up to this point, I think we made the right decision by getting this washer.

Big enough for large loads, still cleans; however, it can make a lot of noise and move a lot when there is a heavy load.

I LOVE my washer/dryer set. Delivery was the best hands down. This is my first time buying a set and so far it's perfect. I've washed about 15 loads so far. The noise that others complain about isn't bad. It's not like I hang out in the laundry room. It sounds like a washer Just like a blow dryer it's gonna have some noise. The washer is a lot bigger in the inside than I pictured. I have a king sized bed and I was able to wash my comforter. Praise!

I almost returned this washer because the noise level was very disturbing. However, it does get clothes clean especially with two rinsings, has varied settings for customiztion, cycles are not long, which is a definite plus and I purchased at a good sales price. So at the price I paid, I'm pleased with it and am learning to cope with the sound - not quite as loud as it first seemed and I don't wash every day.

I went back to a top loader. Didn't want to spend a log of money again on a front loader and platform, as may be moving within three years. My clothes do seem cleaner and wring better to dry faster. The tub is huge. The machine is a bit noisy in the first cycle, but don't hear anything after that. A very good machine at the right price!

This is the first washer I have owned and it sure beats having to go to a family member's house or even worse, the laundromat. I love the capacity and efficiency for my needs. I did a lot of research preparing for a purchase and took into consideration size, ease of use, reviews, and price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Easy to use and so far, clothes are cleaned well (have been using for about a month). It can be a little noisy (thus the 4 stars instead of 5), but does a great job in all other aspects.

Alot of pro's big capacity lots of settings I got a great price on this washer last one in stock & left over from black friday but this washer is very loud it makes some noise's I'm not used to not sure if it's supposed to sound this way or not this is new type for me old washer had agitator in middle not on bottom maybe normal noise's for this type washer but so far all is great very pleased with this product.

After shopping around and comparing models and prices at several stores and online, this washer and the price at Best Buy were the best combination. Another customer was perchasing the same one and said she also had searched for the best washer for the money and chose this same one. Works great. Looks great. Priced great.

This washer is okay. Not great. It’s very loud, even when I close the laundry room, I can hear it in the back of the house. The locking function is also annoying. It locks and is impossible to unlock without restarting the entire wash cycle.

If you want an inexpensive washer that will do the job, then this is your machine. I guess I'm use to more features than this one offers. This is perfect for small tight spaces and for basic use.

We've had the old Whirlpool washer for 23 years and it still sort of runs with only one small repair. We had heard cautions about the new agitator-less top-loading washers but after assurances from Brandon at Best Buy, we decided to take the plunge before something seriously went wrong with the old one. Very satisfied. Uses a lot less water and washes very well. We tested it with big loads including a load of throw rugs, small loads, and delicates. Since it uses a different technology to agitate the clothes, it makes radically different noises. Not louder, just different. The manual actually points that out. No problem. Couldn't be happier.

Inexpensive....does a great job. Bought it for my daughter's first apartment. She loves it.

I have had this washer for going on 4 months. It is easy to use and has more than enough options for most people. I noticed my clothes look better and feel softer than when I was using a friends front loader before I bought this one. Definitely recommend.

This is a great washer for its price! It is a top-loading machine that comes with an impeller (not agitator), which I found quite nice since you can wash larger more sensitive objects. It is easy to install and use.

Delivery was awesome - super geek squad! Machine could be less noise- clean clothes great & less to dry. So far happy with machine.
