“Where is the heat source? This oven was in the new house I bought. There is an element on the top for broiling, but no element on the bottom, where does the heat come from on the bake cycle? There is no fan so this so it is not the convection oven.”

Its my understanding that the bottom element is just covered by the oven which makes cleaning up spills or cleaning the oven super easy.
