Q: QuestionDo you have a stainless gas cook top with a 27" X 19" cutout? I cannot seem to make sales persons understand, because they invariably quote me an appliance that does not meet my criteria.

• A:Answer No. I highly recommend that you have a site inspection where they will measure all areas, ensuring that you have the specs available to enable you to make informed decisions on your appliance purchase. They will also measure all entry areas, doorways and corridors that the appliance(s) must navigate through to its installation area, thus ensuring that the appliances can fit through your door, hallways, etc., as well as the installation area.
