Q: QuestionWhat cookware can I use on this surface? I have tin-lined copper. I know I'm not supposed to use that on induction models, but I specifically bought a non-induction model and the installer said there were certain pots/pans I had to use.

Cookware with flatter bottoms will give a better cooking result, however, there is no requirement for functionality and the set you have described will work for your Range.
