Q: QuestionThere is a lot of lint on the clothes when the wash cycle is completed. Is there a way to prevent lint being on the clothes after they are washed ?

• A:Answer Hello Keni. These Washers spin at incredibly high rates, therefore materials that typically shed lint can do so abundantly and then the lint sticks to detergent residue. This causes it to transfer to our dark clothes. Cleaning cycles are great, but you also need to wipe down the drum after washing things like towels and socks. This will help remove excess lint.

• A:Answer Hello SarahG, The base, or default, time for a normal cycle is 43 minutes; 56 if you select an extra rinse. The run time can vary a bit dependent on things like: 1) If the machine has to add more water during the wash cycle, it will add on some time. This can happen with things like terry towels and comforters, which absorb a lot of water. 2) If the spin cycles have to be slowly ramped up in speed, due to balance issue, a bit more time goes on the clock. Q: Questionhow does the washer mix incoming water for the selected temperature? Our well water is very cold, I have to flip from warm to hot several times while the tub is filling in our old washer, as 'warm' is room temperature.
