Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I actually am not sure. Mine is not connected to my washer, I just dump the water out of the drawer. I would contact Whirlpool with your question. I know my dad did look at helping me to connect mine to my Maytag washer and he said they easily could share the same drain. Honestly it’s not a big hassle to dump the water as usually it takes 2-3 decent sized loads to fill the water canister.
