I found that this model you have to remove back panel to access the filter pump as the front panel is one piece. Stupid design. For a new machine why did they change to a solid panel. Having the front lower panel divided for easy access makes more sense especially if you're supposed to check it once a month when cleaning machine.

Please try again later.I'm sure this is too late for the question asker but as someone who just dealt with a similar issue and struggled to find resources I'd like to add what I did. If you remove the back panel and look at the bottom of your machine there is a grey unit. On the right side of this unit you will find a circular cap with a handle going down the middle. Removing this circular cap will remove the filter, which can be washed off simply and is then good to be put back.
