So to do this you have to take off the ENTIRE front panel itself including the door to access it. I would recommend returning the washer immediately if you can. If you're stuck with it I would suggest cutting out an area in the bottom front area of the unit to easily access it since this is necessary every 2-3 months. The older models used to have a little door at the bottom front to access it but this is now gone. They also don't tell you anything in the manual about error codes or what all the cycles do. They really want you to call them and spend extra money on things that you should be able to do yourself and are easily available with other models.
