• Well You can not see the water level unless you stop and unlock the lid. This might show a level not yet full. The unit has an automatic water level sensor depending on the load in the machine. I have not noticed this as a problem.

• Hi, there. You will not see a full basket of water as with older, less efficient washing machines. It is normal for some of the load to be above the water line. We hope this helps.
