I had the exact same problem!!!! Tried to exchange and they wanted to charge me an additional $53 for the washer with a delivery date 2 weeks into the future and a $69.99 fee to pick up the defective one!!! Returned it all together! I will not deal with Best Buy again! Very poor customer service!!
