Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My machine is also doing the same thing. Like yours, it is 2 months old. When I finally got it to work, on the normal setting, it washed the clothes, but didn't drain. I then used the drain and spin setting to finish the load.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To get the washer to work you have to hold the button down with the arrow until all the bottons light up. Then it will start after you let go.
