• My machine is also doing the same thing. Like yours, it is 2 months old. When I finally got it to work, on the normal setting, it washed the clothes, but didn't drain. I then used the drain and spin setting to finish the load.

• To get the washer to work you have to hold the button down with the arrow until all the bottons light up. Then it will start after you let go.
