• Yes, the rinse cycle works great, don't know about using the deep water cycle for rinsing since our clothes wash faster and seem cleaner than the front loader it replaced. The delivery crew were very nice and did and amazing job we were more than pleased with the outcome of this purchase.

• Hi Lissa, we suggest using the auto-sensing to start out with. It is usually more than adequate, however, the Deep Water Wash level is there if you feel you need it. We hope this helps!
