• Yes. It says to put pods in the bottom before loading clothes.

• You just through them in like a normal washer machine. The detergent “drawer” is for liquid or powder detergent so I just toss the pods in with the clothes!

• YES, There is a dispenser with 3 sections one for detergent pods, second for detergent liquid, third for the softener. I like the detergent tide.
