• Hi BJ1838, this particular model has the Load and Go Feature. Simply add detergent once and skip refills for 20 loads. The load and go dispenser will sense and dispense the amount of detergent needed for the load. • It’s designed to automatically dispense the correct amount for each load, you only need to refill when it runs low
