“Hi, I can’t get the load and go to enable. Once I hit the load and go button it says disabled and then I can’t figure out how to get it back on. I unplugged the machine to reset it and it worked once but i can’t keep unplugging the machine.”

Press the Load & Go button quickly and release and it will keep sequencing thru 3 selections- On (it wll show the % liquid), Off permanently, Off for 1 load. Stop it where you want. If you hold the same button down for > 3 seconds it sequences thru 2X, 4X, 6X etc. which is supposed to match the type of liquid soap you use. e.g. had to look up Arm & Hammer which is 2X. It will keep sequencing (rapidly) holding the button down until you release.
