“I bought one two weeks ago and filled the dispenser I used it about 20 times and it is still full. Can I return the washing machine after almost 2 weeks of purchase? the wifi does not connect either”

I was having the same issue and I was using arm and hammer detergent. I figured out some detergents are just too think so I added a oil water and it works great now

I am returning a second washing machine because of the same issue! Neither machine would dispense....
