Hello, Make sure the appliance is idle and the Remote Enable is turned "ON" 1.Login to the Whirlpool APP 2.Select Washer 3.Select See All Washer Features 4.Select Settings icon on the top right of App Screen 5.Select Load and Go Dispenser Level tile 6.Set Load and Go Dispenser to "Active" 7.Select Detergent Concentration "These Steps are subject to change when New App Releases happen" Load and Go dispenser can also be enabled from the Washer control panel. Press and hold the Load and Go button and choose the detergent concentration level. Choosing the detergent concentration will enable the dispenser.
