QuestionThese look like cast iron grates; how do you clean them??? I imagine that papertowels or even washcloths will leave residue all over the place. Can you use a steel or brass brush like you would on a outdoor grill?

- Answer Just the normal self-cleaning oven, heck of an upgrade from the 40-year-old Roper, I'd been using. The convection feature allows me to access any shelf and still get great results.
