Q: QuestionIt’s says the depth is 27 inches. Without the handle it’s 22 and with the handle is 25. Where is the 27 coming from?

Q: QuestionThe vent just above the cooktop and below the clock display pushes out extremely hot air (like dangerously hot..). Is this by design? I certainly hope not. Other reviews aren't mentioning it. My dinky little apartment ovens seemed far safer than this.

Q: QuestionOne of the reasons I selected this model was because it had a broiler. However, when delivered there was no broiler pan. Is a broiler pan supposed to be included? If not, how to use the broiler? Can a pan be purchased?
