QuestionBrand new washer. I filled detergent dispenser pressed load and go and selected type of wash. The machine ran but did not dispense any washing liquid. I thought it does so automatically. Confused what to press re detergent now? Please help.

QuestionDoes the agitator spin separately from the tub, and does it go back and forth to scrub the clothes?

- Answer It does go back and forth to agitate counter to the tub direction. The agitator also can be removed as well for flexibility.

QuestionWhere is the single dose detergent dispenser? I've searched all over the machine and read all the manuals and do not see where it is located. Do I just pour the detergent on top of the clothes?

- Answer I only use the load and go dispenser, but I’ve read that other people put pods or powder before putting in clothes at the bottom. I don’t believe there is a single dose dispenser.
