A:AnswerHi Curious, we would recommend balling up the clothing similar to the size of a soccer ball, and place around the agitator one at a time. We would also recommend stacking it up so it is around the sides and the agitator plate is visible with all of the clothing around it. A:AnswerMine is not loud at all. Did you balance yours out? You can adjust the feet on the botom of the washer to balance it. Just make sure you use a leveler.
A:AnswerI have only run across that issue when I accidentally set the spin cycle to "none" (single dot) during a wash cycle. Depending on the size of your load of laundry you might need to select higher level spin cycles.
