Q: QuestionBought this stove bc it said it was a steam clean oven. Serial number WFE505W0JZ0...Series number is.. R95035809.. When we purchased this stove/oven we were told it did steam clean. However, there is no locking mechanism and steam clean doesn't work.

• A:Answer The model number may be located in a few places. We would recommend that you check the bottom drawer. It can also be around the door frame inside of the Oven or behind the control panel on a tab that once you press it, will pop up with the model and serial number. The sticker will be white or gray and it will say model and serial. We hope this helps!
