“Hi! we just got this washer and ran the first quick wash cycle without any clothes and it was making weird humming noises every so often. This cycle ended, so we put clothes in and did a heavy wash cycle and still making same noise. why is that?”

Ensure the washer is properly leveled on the floor using the adjustable feet. But I recommend that if you have a warranty, you call the Geek Squad.
