What is Sabbath Mode? null

I am not Jewish but my understanding is that Sabbath mode is a timer that can be preprogrammed into the range to turn it on and off at certain times so not to break Jewish traditions like preparing foods on Jewish holidays.

Observant Jews can't do things like operate appliances, machinery, etc. during Sabbath so it's like auto-pilot: turn it on before the Sabbath, it cooks on its own so you don't break the rules when cooking food.

It has something to do with the lighting options essentially. Doesn't really make a difference.
