QuestionHow many high output burners does this stove have? If there are more than 1 can the second be adjusted to regular output? My Mother has similar stove & the front 2 burners are high output. Even on the lowest setting they are too hot & burn the food

- Answer I can’t lift grates up because of the microwave but I slip them off which makes it easier to clean the stovetop.

QuestionDoes the broiler cycle on and off during the convection or regular bake cycles AFTER preheating?

- Answer I have found that the oven as well as the broiler cycle off after preheating. I called the manufacturer to confirm and the person that answered the phone had no information she could share. She said that didn't sound right to her. Is anyone else having problems with the front burners actually burning the handles on their pans? I inherited some older pots and noticed that the bottoms of the handles are disintegrating because of too much flame. It is very hard to adjust them to a good level. I find myself trying to avoid the situation by using the back burners most often. My old oven was nearly 25 years old so I guess this is the way they are made now but between the cycling on and off of the oven and broiler and too much flame from the burners, I am uncomfortable cooking in my own kitchen.

QuestionHow do I remove the knobs and the base of the knobs to baby proof? The knobs will pull out but the base are stuck.
