Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My new unit is placed in our basement. I have found that the humidity level is always incorrect on the unit. I placed my small humidity gauge next to the unit, and the unit is always 10 to 15 %points too high. I would suggest purchasing a small humidity gauge (bought mine on Amazon) and placing it near the unit and using that RH% to set your unit to turn off at the level that you desire. Hope this helps.
