Dear Customer: We are no able to advise how long each cycle may run. Once you start the cycle, the lid will lock, and the washer will begin the sensing process to determine the correct water level for the load. The washer also uses sensors to figure the load size, soil level, water quality, etc. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!

Avoid this washer at all costs. I recently replaced this washer with an LG front loader. It has a feature called Turbo Wash. It will wash a LARGE load of clothes in about 35 minutes.
