“What about agitation? Without agitation, how does this machine get the clothes clean? I am hearing the clothes at the top, do not get clean. Is this true?”

Dear Customer, The washer will still agitate during the cycle, the motions are simply different as there is not a traditional agitator. Below is a link to a youtube video which will show the differences in wash motions and walk you through some of the differences found in a high-efficiency, or HE, washer when compared to an older styled model.
