You need to lay out the clothes in the washer in a somewhat organized fashion to essentially prebalance the washer. Since this unit spins so fast, when it is loaded with clothes and water it can get off balance if not pre-loaded. Just don't dump all of the clothes in at once and you will be ok. We have done lots of towels, blue jeans etc that are heavy when wet but have had no problems. This should do the trick.
