Please try again later.This is exactly what happened to me 2 months ago, had repairman come out and it was shot (cost more to fix than purchase a new one) ... so went to Best Buy and bought another one as loved this washer so much. We were told by repairman it was due to putting too many clothes in, or too heavy of loads and took its toll on the washer... and perhaps putting too much detergent in too gunked it up as we were not doing the monthly "clean washer" cycle... which I will from now on! Good luck!!!
