“Has anyone reported having detergent left on washed clothes or finding clothes all tangled up?”

Yes this machine leaves soapy residue on our clothes. I'm looking for a new one. Have a few days left to return.

I know this is an old question, but I bought this washer based on great reviews and it is leaving residue and soap on all of my clothes. I am not sure if this washer is defective or just awful, I am calling Whirlpool. This is a new purchase one month ago. Very disappointed.
