Hi Chartay, the WTW7000DW, like all washers must be on a level surface and level itself, side to side and front to back. If you continue to have problems, please give our Care Experts a call at 866-698-2538
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you’re having those type of problems with your washer, you need to get it checked out. From what your saying, seems like it’s missing a step. Haven’t had those types of problems yet but if I do it’ll definitely get looked into.
