“My Whirlpool CABRIO Top Load Washer model #WTW70000DW0, wont work for some reason, it keeps flashing "F6" then "E3". What does that mean?”

I had a code come up LF & I got an answer by goggle - online !!! Made no sense to me LOW FLOW. My washer was draining water & trying to spin, But unbalanced !!!
