“Why would the fabric softener dispenser on the WTW8600YW stay full of water after wash cycle is complete? Had service call. Technician advised the dispenser is not clogged and everything is working fine after he tested the washer. When he left and I did a load of clothes, the dispenser was full of water again. Just plain water. I did select the fabric softener option.”

You may want to check the level of your washer, and make sure that the front of the washer is slightly higher than the back of the washer to allow for proper drainage of the dispensers.
