You have some choices here. For an deep water rinse you can either select "Extra Rinse" or "Fabric Softener" from your cycle options. Either one of these will cause the washer to do a deep water rinse. As far as wanting more water in the tub, you have the option of selecting the "Bulky" cycle. This cycle will put much more water in the tub both when washing and rinsing. Be sure to add a little more detergent with all the extra water that is going to be in the tub. I suggest doing this only when you have a really large load as these washers work best when the load is sitting on the wash plate at the bottom of the tub. For best results when using an HE washer, be sure to load the laundry around the edge of the tub in loose heaps. You should be able to see the wash plate when you are done putting the laundry in. Don't just dump your entire basket of laundry in the machine and close the lid as you will most likely be disappointed with the results You should be able to find all this information in the Use and Car Guide that came with your washer. I find it very useful when determining which cycle and options to use.
