A:Answer This model has two rotating sprayers, one for each tray. The silveware basket is designed to fit in the door, though it may be detached and placed in the lower tray. The stainless door is brushed steel and doesn't smudge very easily, but is easily cleaned. It is simple to install if you have experience. Otherwise, I recommend having a trained, bonded professional do it. I'm sure repair parts are available, but whether they are user serviceable or better handled by a professional is another question. I do not know your capabilities.
