• A:Answer Yes. We kept the pedestal from our old Duet set and put it on the new set. The installers aren't allowed to do that, but they will explain how to do it.

Q: QuestionSanitize cycleHow long is the Sanitize cycle and what does it consist of? I had a Sanitize cycle on my other washer and it washed in Hot water for almost 2 hours. This is what I am looking for.

• A:Answer Candace, the Sanitize Cycle does not have a specific time as it will change depending on the cycle selected. It will add some time to the wash time to ensure that the right temperatures are met, and sensors will determine when the right temperature is reached. I hope that answers your questions.

Q: QuestionstackabilityIs there specific dryer that can stack with this? I know there is a match "steam dryer" one but I was also wondering if the one with out steam would also work such as this one http://www.bestbuy.com/site/whirlpool-duet-7-4-cu-ft-6-cycle-electric-dryer-white/6408342.p?id=1219215990784&skuId=6408342 The reason for asking is I can see a reason for steam in a washer but in a dryer really for most people does not seem necessary.

• A:Answer I have a different dyer that we had bought previously as a set. Had no problem stacking, just make sure the kit that you have matches the size.

• A:Answer Mine is 37" high from where is fits into the stand to the top of the washer. I think the "legs" were about another inch but were adjustable to almost nothing. You can get the stands in 8", 10", and 15".
