• The third rack is removable and the middle rack is adjustable. I personally put glasses on the bottom if I am using the third rack. The middle rack also is easily removable. Lots of ways to load this dishwasher. I've been very impressed with its features at it's price point.

• That was my concern also. It works fine as you could move the rack down. We have not. We have used our tallest glasses and put them everywhere on the rack and it works fine. On the right side the rack is a little lower to hold taller glasses.

• No, I have to lay down our taller wine glasses. I don't think the third drawer is removable. I haven't been able to get it out.
