“can the 3rd rack accommodate things like measuring cups (1 inch tall) and tervis lids & small plastic lids? does it flip things over or do they stay facing down?”

• Everything stays in place. We can't put some things in it like baby nipples,etc

• Small plastic lids should be okay, not sure what a tervis lid is. There is about 2 inches vertical room on the third rack. Not much room for anything to flip over

• Measuring cups would not probably fit. Lids with VERY short handles might fit. Things stay facing down.
