- Answer This item uses a compressor to cool. To maintain proper temperatures, it should be plugged into AC (115V/ 60Hz – 65W/ 0.75A) or DC (12V/24V – 4.5A /2.5A Car Lighter Socket).

QuestionTwo people have already asked about the current (amps) used when using 12 VDC and you have utterly failed to answer. I'll ask for a third time: When operating from 12VDC, how much current (amps, NOT VOLTS) is required when the compressor is running.
