• No, in the USA 110, 115, and 120 volts are often used terms that basically mean the same thing as in they are interchangeable. Obviously they are not the same on a technical level and there is a story explanation behind each one. A knowledgeable electrician would scoff at the idea that they are the same thing but for your purposes don't worry about it.
